AIIMS has initiated the online seat allotment process for the AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing course for the August 2024 session. A detailed registration process has been outlined in the brochure released by AIIMS.
According to the brochure, only eligible candidates can exercise their choices for AIIMS and the subject or specialty for an online M.Sc. The Nursing Seat Allocation Portal will be activated on the MyPage of the AIIMS website. Upon logging in and clicking the Online Seat Allocation link, eligible candidates will be directed to the portal.Here, they need to register for online seat allocation and create a new password to access the portal. Once registered, candidates can log in to the portal and start selecting their choices for AIIMS and subject or specialty. The online portal will be open until the specified deadline.
Making Choices
Candidates can make their choices after logging in with their credentials. Confirm your name and registration ID upon login. Click the "Make Choice" button to proceed with selecting AIIMS and subject/specialty choices.
To add a choice, select AIIMS and the subject or specialty from the drop-down menus and click "Add Choice."
To remove a choice, click the "Delete" button next to the choice.
Save your choices by clicking the "Save" button.
The default order of choices will follow the sequence in which they are added. Candidates can reorder their choices using the provided tools or drag-and-drop function.
Candidates can add, edit, or reorder their choices multiple times until they submit and lock them or until the deadline passes. Remember to save your choices if you plan to make changes before the deadline.
Submitting and Locking Choices
To submit and lock your choices:
1. Click on the "Submit and Lock Choices" tab.
The Nursing Seat Allocation Portal will be activated on the MyPage of the AIIMS website. Upon logging in and clicking the Online Seat Allocation link, eligible candidates will be directed to the portal.
You will be prompted twice to reconsider before final submission. Once submitted and locked, your choices cannot be changed in subsequent rounds. If choices are saved but not submitted, the last saved choices will automatically be considered submitted and locked.
